Home of the Puy du Fou, the BOUCHET mill, laid on the Sèvre Nantaise, lives through the seasons at the rythm of the river since the 14th century.
In this authentic setting, we have restored these old stones. While renovating this mill rooted in 1 hectare of greenery, we took great care for your comfort.
15 minutes from the Puy du Fou, it is in Vendée, in Mortagne sur Sèvre that you can discover the BOUCHET mill guest house and its four rooms.
Premises are suitable to relaxation, rest, it encourages you to rediscover simple pleasures. This place cannot be described, it better be lived. Immersing yourself in this natural environment helps you to recharge your batteries, and to reap all the benefits of a restful stay.
The mill
As early as 1394, the Bouchet mill is listed in the parish archives of Saint Hilaire de Mortagne. Over the centuries, it becomes a paper mill or it is used to grind grain, before being refurbished as a place of residence. We worked there, so as to make it a guest house which would seduce you and where you would feel at home...
